Return & Exchange Policy

At Starhairs, we offer a 30-day return & exchange policy to make sure everyone can enjoy your shopping. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days from the date you receive the product for an exchange or refund. However, if the product is returned for reasons other than quality problems, the customer needs to bear the shipping cost.

 

Return & Exchange Terms

1. Customers should contact Starhairs via Email before returning or exchanging items. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted. After sending your return, you need to inform us of the tracking number. 
2. Returned or exchanged merchandise must be undamaged, unused, and unmodified.
3. For return and exchange events that are not caused by our mistakes, you need to bear all shipping fees.
