How to leave a review

If you've ordered from us, you'll get an email shortly after delivery asking for a review. If it hasn't arrived, email xingchenhair@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send it manually.

Photos are optional but genuinely useful — a picture of the hairline in daylight tells a buyer more than any product photo we can take. Reviewers who upload a photo get a $5 credit toward their next order.

What to look for in a wig review

The single most useful thing a reviewer can tell you is how the hairline looks in real daylight, not in a studio. Second most useful: whether the cap fit their head size. Both vary a lot between products, and both are things a product page can't tell you.

Our replies

We reply to every review — including the ones that hurt. If a review is about a fit problem, we'll usually offer a free custom cap size. If it's about a shipping delay, we'll explain what happened. If we're wrong, we'll say so.
